How do you get there?

From the airport

Madrid-Barajas airport is 13 kilometres northeast of the city. You can get to the hotel from there in a taxi. From any terminal, the tariff is fixed at 30€ including luggage.

Train

It’s possible to get here by train from the airport by taking line C1 in Terminal 4 to Chamartín and, once you’re here, changing to the Sol train and metro station. The journey lasts 30 to 40 minutes. A ticket costs €3.05.

Express Bus

Leaves the terminals every 30 minutes and takes 20 to 25 minutes to get to Atocha or Cibeles. From Atocha you can go continue foot, which takes 20 minutes, or take the metro to Sol (line 1). From Cibeles you can continue on foot, which takes 15 minutes, or take the buses 15 or 53 to Puerta del Sol. The Express Bus ticket costs €5.

Metro

From the airport, take line 8 (pink) to Nuevos Ministerios; then take line 10 (dark blue) to Tribunal then line 1 (light blue) to Sol. The journey lasts 40 to 50 minutes. A ticket costs €5.

The nearest metro station to the Hotel Victoria 4 is Sol, where you can change to lines 1, 2 and 3.

We are also very close to the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, the Opera House, as well as the Botanic Gardens, Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalá, the commercial area of Gran Vía and the Congress, in the centre of Madrid.
